Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International runners, we see you. We're working on it.

Processing time
Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. We're a small operation, so every hat is packed by hand, not by a robot.

Shipping rates

Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Wrong address
Double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the new postage.

Lost or stolen packages
Once USPS marks a package delivered, it's out of our hands. If it hasn't shown up within 3 days of the delivery scan, email us at mbarle@localeliterunningco.com and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
